95 pictures, Oil on Canvas

I painted the green toned picture 95 times and took a photo every time. I worked with the erasure and destruction of the image. This gave me the chance to change the situation in the picture and to show the decisions with my brush. At the end none of the 95 pictures remain. I have erased them all. It was an act of freedom and at the same time an act of destruction. The work is a double documentation. on the one hand it‘s a documentation of the painted pictures, which have no material existence after the event. On the other hand it is a documentation of the process. One sees a man who is blindfolding someone. I have chosen not to show whose hands they are.
